What you get

  • Full repository access — production-grade Next.js 16 + React 19 codebase. Migrations, types, tests (340+ at last count), CI hooks, the lot.
  • A guided install on the host of your choice (we recommend Vercel + Supabase but anything Node 22+ with Postgres works). Typical timeline: under a week from kickoff to public landing.
  • Brand layer baked in — twelve BRAND_* environment variables drive your display name, tagline, hero copy, accent color, support emails, legal entity, and disclaimer. Zero code edits for the day-one re-skin.
  • Telegram + PayPal wired end to end. Your bot token, your merchant account, your channels. Webhook signature verification on both providers.
  • Signed license keyed to your domain. Lives in your .env. Validator runs offline by default; remote revocation is opt-in.
  • Operator runbook (OPERATIONS.md) covering deploy, secrets rotation, migration workflow, PayPal LIVE webhook setup, and rollback.

Recommended target audience

Self-hosted is the right tier when at least one of these is true:

  • You already run signals informally and have 20+ paying or pre-paying subscribers.
  • You have (or plan to apply for) an FSP / FCA / SEC license — you want the code on your own infra so compliance reviews go cleanly.
  • You have basic deploy comfort (or a contractor who does) — Vercel CLI, environment variables, DNS records won't scare you.
  • You care about owning the customer relationship and the data. No third-party platform between you and your subscribers.

What's not in the box

  • Strategy generation — you bring the trading logic. If you need one built, see Strategy-to-Server builds.
  • Regulatory paperwork — FSP/FCA/SEC/ASIC filing is your responsibility.
  • Hosting fees — you pay your own Vercel/Render/VPS + Supabase bills. Typical small-deploy runs $0–$25/mo on free tiers.
  • PayPal / Telegram fees — pass-through to your accounts.

Typical first-month timeline

  1. Day 1–2: Kickoff call, repo handover, license issued, hosting accounts spun up.
  2. Day 3–5: Brand env vars set, Supabase project linked, migrations applied, PayPal Sandbox tested end-to-end.
  3. Day 6–7: Telegram bot configured, channels created, webhook live, geo-blocking tested. Custom domain attached.
  4. Week 2: PayPal LIVE webhook switched on, first paid subscription smoke-tested, you take the site public.
