Refund policy

Not happy with the Service? Email support@signalcartel.trade within 7 days of your first payment for a given plan, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

1. The 7-day window

We offer a full refund of your first subscription payment for any reason, provided you request the refund within seven (7) calendar days of the date that payment was processed.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@signalcartel.trade from the email address on your account, with subject line Refund request — <PayPal subscription ID>. You can find your subscription ID at /account/subscriptions. Briefly tell us which subscription you want refunded and (optionally) why — we read every message but don't require an explanation.

3. Cancelling future renewals (no refund needed)

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, regardless of how long you've been a subscriber:

  1. Sign in and visit /account/subscriptions.
  2. Click the “Manage subscription” link, which opens the PayPal-hosted cancellation page.
  3. Confirm cancellation on PayPal's side.

Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep paid Telegram channel access until the end of your current billing period, after which it's revoked automatically.

4. Special cases

4.1 Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged after cancelling, email support@signalcartel.trade. We'll refund the duplicate or post-cancellation charge in full, regardless of the 7-day window.

4.2 Extended service outages

If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period through no fault of yours, contact us and we'll issue a pro-rata credit or refund covering the affected period. Outages on Telegram's side, your internet connection, or your broker are not covered.

4.3 Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback. Most refund requests can be resolved within a single business day. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account.

Where applicable consumer-protection law (such as the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or your local equivalent) grants you broader refund rights than those described in this policy, those statutory rights are not affected. This policy describes our commitment in addition to what the law requires of us, not instead of it.
